ONVU Learning is proud to see its Lessonvu solution featured in the “Projects” list, together with our Partner Aston University Engineering Academy (AUEA)!
AUEA has been recognised as “the first school to have a complete whole school roll out of video lesson observation, review and reflection technology in all classrooms recording all lessons, The project aims to provide teachers with the ability to securely review and reflect on any and all of their teaching. Changing lesson observation “from a threatening experience to a constructive experience.”
Our very own Director Andy Goff attended the event, and here are his thoughts:
“Yesterday’s launch of the EdTech 50 2020 was a really important event – a chance to celebrate the innovative people and ambitious educational technology projects taking place around the UK.
Ty’s speech was a call to arms for the EdTech sector. He challenged us to ‘do more, to be more confident, to act in solidarity and to celebrate who we are.’ He also challenged us to ‘be surer of what digital learning can do and can provide’ – something that we are committed to, by researching and sharing the impact of our work at every partner school.
I was of course also excited to see that one of the 50 stories in the report was the work undertaken by our partner school Aston University Engineering Academy. They use our Lessonvu discreet 360-degree video system in all their classrooms to pioneer amazing lesson reflection and teacher mentoring, coaching and development – true trail-blazers for the path to transforming the way all schools develop teachers and improve teaching and learning.”
